Typically, processing takes 3-5 business days.
Orders that are flagged as fraudulent will be investigated and/or cancelled.
If an order is cancelled due to it being flagged as fraudulent, we may or may not reach out to the customer to ask for further information- we are not required to inform the customer if their order is flagged as fraudulent.
In order to maintain sanitary, stain free, odor free, damage free pieces- we do not under any circumstances offer exchanges. It is vital you read the sizing information that can be found in the description on each item page. If for any reason you are unsure about what size to purchase after reading the sizing description, please direct message us on instagram @shp.lux for further sizing assistance.
All sales are final, we do not offer returns unless you receive pieces that are damaged to the fault of LUX. You are given 3 consecutive business days from the day your package is delivered to inform us about your damaged piece(s). We will either provide a store credit or have the item(s) exchanged. After 3 consecutive days we will no longer review any damage concerns/claims.
